Since our products are perishable and intended for consumption, all sales are final. If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage, please send an email to Hello@TryAlodi.com with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that photo proof will speed up the resolution process.
